    Bennett Marks, Speaker, Author, Coach & Guide

    Hello. My name is Bennett Marks. For over 35 years, I’ve searched for meaning, trying to sort through issues we face in the normal course of our lives. Initially, I was motivated to address my own challenges and identify triggers that caused those challenges, but eventually I found those same solutions became the basis for what I teach. Through personal experience, my life has been the perfect learning laboratory in order to guide the transformation of those I work with.     People take on coaching for a number of reasons, and each person is unique.

    • Some may be going through transition such as a job change, divorce, or medical condition that is difficult to cope with; or they need to plan out their next steps, need a helping hand, someone to lean on, or seek sound advice, wisdom, purpose, meaning...etc.
    • Some are grappling with addiction, or have worked the 12-steps and say "Now What?"
    • Others may have reached a crossroads and want to reinvent themselves, such as in retirement, the accomplishment of a major goal, or the death of a loved one...etc.
    • Some feel lost, no direction, listless
    • Some have tried other forms of self-help, and still felt incomplete - like something was missing
    • Some have entered, or are stuck in a spiritual or existential dilemma and need   guidance
    • Some may have experienced difficulty in their relationships 
    • Others want to get ahead and are looking for that special edge

    I've worked with many people over the years, men and women alike who were facing life's problems. These range from business owners and entrepreneurs, to housewives, to career professionals. Some were individuals who suffer from addiction, some were great athletes. Some were highly intellectual, and some were the salt of the earth. The common element though, is that they were teachable, had a desire to transform their life, and were willing to take the actions necessary for growth. There is no "One size fits all," but there is "The best version of you!" And that's what you get from coaching, "The Best Version of You!"

    First and foremost, experience. After almost 60 years, my life has taken me through everything from formal education to corporate & financial management, 12-step addiction recovery, spiritual awakening retreats, years of research into human dynamics, and working with thousands of clients. My approach uses world-class distinctions found in every modality of notable resource. Ultimately, it's not more, or better, information that frees one's life purpose, but rather access to the divine presence that has always, and will always be there. This is the heroes journey!
